the lard of Camaiore, the Casentino ham. There is no shortage of good Chianti, but bubbles are also offered

and fantastic Tuscan labels. Plus the inevitable ribollita, pappa con il pomodoro,  chicken liver croutons, Florentine tripe…
Our shop is also the realm of lovers of wood-fired Tuscan porchetta.
